Miss this show, and surprised by the dead board

No pun intended on the "dead board."

But really, this was such a fun show. No doubt some of it was wildly exaggerated, but the spotlight on all these locations around the world was the main draw for me, and was far more interesting than the families going to visit them. Some really scary and compelling stories were told. I remember watching this during Halloween time in middle school, and later in high school when they aired re-runs. They did a segment on the Hot Lake Hotel, which was near my grandparents' house, so that was really cool to see.

I wish they'd release the series on DVD or Blu-ray or something. I'd love to have the episodes to be able to watch around this time of year.

I agree it was a lot of fun. It may have been mostly fabricated but it was still fun. A great show to watch during the Halloween season or even just on a cold, rainy night. I would love the show to be put on DVD/Blu-ray. You can find several episodes on YouTube.
