Help With An Episode

For years, I've been trying to find this episode, but I can't even remember if it came from this series or a different paranormal show airing at the time. Pretty sure it was a Scariest Places on Earth episode, though.

This segment involved a single mother, I believe, and her young daughter living in a haunted house. They didn't want their identities revealed, so their voices were distorted, their faces blurred, and they went by different names. I remember the little girl recalling an incident where she was pulled up the stairs by her hair, or maybe the hair pulling and being dragged up the stairs were two separate occurrences.

Does anyone know which episode this is from, or the appropriate show if this isn't the correct one?

Hey I remember this segment too and it is definitely from this show. I can't remember the episode though I've been looking through episode descriptions but I don't see anything. Maybe the episode called A House Possessed?

Glad to see someone else remembers this segment! I checked out A House Possessed (it's on Youtube), but it's not the right episode.

Hey I think I found the episode with this segment. It's from season 2 episode 3. It's called Poltergeist House. The other segments in the episode are The White Witch of Rose Hall, Magnolia Lane Plantation Teaser (Part 3) and visiting Mansfield Reformatory. I can't seem to find the segment though.
