Does anyone know where you can get the book, Black River? I've been looking on the web trying to find it but I can't.

I was hoping someone here could be a little helpful, maybe tell me what magazine or if it was printed in a book of short stories so I could get a copy. It's included in a book called Legacies: edited by Richard Chizmar.
But if you want the original publication, It was originally published in Mystery Scene magazine #63.
