It was about Mr Fish trying to get over a city by radio waves, with "rapopera" on air... (the best scene in all spygroove serie... when the Frankenstein boy scratches on opera lp) hopefuly agent n°1 or agent n°2 was singing in the Wagner's Halleluya stuff and the sound of it beat rap opera one... I can remember the aproximate codename : Operation Tickling Buddah...
