9 Reasons Mulan 2 disappointed

1. 6 years later, production values were worse
2. The musicals were quite forgettable
3. The "gorgeous women marrying slobs" trope.
4. By pure contrivance all three women were interested in 3 men without a single love triangle.
5. The romance happened almost instantaneously without any time to develop.
6. Mulan for some reason ignores Mushu for 90% of the trip, and is lenient on him.
7. Mushu operating the golden dragon wasn't believable, and pales to the climax of the first movie.
8. So, in the end, the fact that China is still going to be invaded doesn't matter?
9. It didn't really add anything to the first Mulan that it needed.
