Hasselhof is horrible! what a pathetic acting job and singing. when he transforms into hyde...lol! ("oh no, something taking control!") awfull!!I hope that the movie version is much better! He is so arrogant and dumb to. At curtain call "I've come a long way from the beach and a talking car" That performance did not deserve a standing ovation. MUSICAL THEATRE FANS COME ONE COME ALL THIS IS MEDIOCRITY AT ITS BEST!!
shareMan, Screw you OK! Hasselhoff is sometimes an @$$hole, ya, definately, but he does a kick ass job at this! I may have only seen two other people perform this, and I don't think that DH was the BEST, but he did do a good job, at least he can change his voice from Hyde to Jekyll unlike some people I have heard!

I'm form Germany and I heard several other recordings from this musical and I must say that David Hasselhoff was far the worst. His actin is really ridiculous which is so sad cause this musical is great! I was happy that I could see this Broadway version but I think it's pathetic to demand money for this dvd!

Hasselhoff may be horrible at acting in this, but if you get over that you can start to notice little things that can really add up. Did you notice how he always kept a good balance on stage? And at the end of Act I, he really succumbed the emotinos of Edward and created HIS OWN tention to the scene that wouldn't of been present without him.
I don't find him horrible. No. He's not the best. But he's not horrible. He's like Gerard Butler in Phantom. He has his bad moments and his good moments. And he did really decent.
I love you, Kristen Stewart. :) You are so beautiful and talented. I would love to perform with you.
