i dunno cuz they both woke up fully clothed and the mess was on the outside right? but that scene at the end where Adam is basically asking if anything happened, the look on the guys face kinda implies something did. maybe he just didn't realize Adam knew he clearly dry humped him and thats what that guilty look meant.
