there is a summary of the games at the end of the game or when you pause it. does anyone know what the blood splatter means?

That isn`t in the game, i`m sorry. Even if it was it doesn`t mean anything.

If you look closely, you'll see it's a head with blood splattering out. It's how many headshots you got.
