wasn't there a game featurin conker with this title? does anyone know what system it was for?

yes that`s what they were going to name conker`s bad fur day only they changed it to to conker`s bad fur day.

on a webpage, there were pictures from "conker's twelve tales." the characters and scenery looked way different, like directed toward a "teen" audience.

If you play Diddy Kong's Racing, you can see and hear what the original Conker was going to be. He looks almost the same (better graphically though), but had a high pitch slightly snooty subtle British accent. Thank god they changed it though.

I got a videotape that contains scenes of the original Conker game.
Which means the one that should be release at the very beginning of the Nintendo 64 journey. It looked a lot like a sweet sweety jump´n´run with coloured graphics and lots of cute stuff. THEN after a long period (about 2 years you heard nothing about the game), they changed the name into twelve tales - conker 64. after another 2 years of waiting, the bomb explode and they came up with a new look AND a release date.

well. that´t the story.
