Is the intro with Conker sitting on the throne with milk and Beethoven playing supposed to be sort of a parody of A Clockwork Orange?

It's a take-off on the opening scene of A Clockwork Orange. The music is not Beethoven, though. It is a slightly different arrangement of Walter Carlos' ACO original score.
