Before anybody gives me *beep* because I'm using an emulator, consider this: I owned a 64 during it's prime and I owned this game also.
I decided to get this game on an emulator (still very fun) and was able to play through the entire game UNTIL the end...where you have to spin the alien around and throw him out of the air-lock. This is pretty much impossible with a keyboard...and the mouse wasn't very effective either...is there ANYTHING I can do?
I dunno if oyure still stuck but i did it by rotating the camera and moving left/right. It makes aiming difficult but it's the only way as far as i know.

Doubt you even still need help with this but anyway, I found holding down DELETE and either the Left or Right directional buttons helped.
shareI had the same issue. You will probably need a good gamepad. I use a MS Thrustmaster. It wasn't working correctly until I started rotating the stick much more slowly. I can do it with the keyboard, no problem (Kano on MK1 for the PC). Try a gamepad with Joy2Key and set it up with a comfortable control scheme. It helps!
