Day won...Derek Acorah calls upon Sam to tell him the ratings...

Derek is clearly in violation of the no communicating with the outside world rule with his use of Sam, his spirit guide, feeding him information on the other contestants and the gossip being generated.

I think we should chuck out Derek for this and keep Sam in.
