Almost a lost gem
This movie is never shown on tv anymore around Halloween. I think it's a far more interesting story than most Disney made for tv movies. Eerie, but not too scary for kids.

Starz showed it 8/31/16 and I DVR'd it.
It sounded interesting and I had never heard of it.
It has some interesting shots.
When Danny escapes the cemetery and runs to his front door, there are some weird camera shots /edits. The bully puts his fist forward and then pulls back. Was it supposed to mean he actually punched him?
The shot of when they kiss at the end is great and the music underneath is good, too.
Not bad at all for a made for TV movie.
Not sure why Danko let Uncle Frank die by the pumpkin tower. Does him being dead further Danko's plot at all? He killed his hero to show his hero he was his hero? Huh? Why not do this to Uncle Frank while he's still alive?
