how did he lie? I've known his first name was James since *N SYNC first came out. His middle name is Lance--I don't see the lying. Reese Witherspoon's middle name is Reese. Plus, there are plenty of actors who use completely MADE-UP first AND last names (including Rita Hayworth, Marilyn Monroe, and Whoopi Goldberg). Plus, JC only had to start going by "JC" when he first came on MMC since there already was a Josh.

Actually Rita Hayworth was not a totally made up name. The first is a shortened version of Margarita which was her name and Hayworth was her mothers maiden name (with an added y)

i'll tell ya out of a world of cheerios you are definitly a fruit loop! God please tell me your joking! You're either really young and don't know anything or the biggest idiot on the planet! Oh my god you're so stupid! Lance does not like being called James he's always gone by his middle name even his mom calls him Lance. Besides it's really rare for a singer and/or actor to go by their whole real name a lot of the most famous people do it they go with what sounds better it's called a 'stage name'. Besides a lot of my friends do the same thing. He's never denied it when someone asks him about it, he just prefers Lance it doesn't make him a liar you f*cking moron! Gosh people even bit*h about what name he goes by poor guy. Some people are so stupid they have no right opening their mouth.

Umm, I really think AccidentalGenius was kidding. That you can't recognize that and that you call him a moron, made me instead question your intelligence when I read your words. I of course am in no true position to judge, as I have only read one post of yours on a bulletin board, and upon this realization, I ceased pondering your I.Q., but I do feel that I can offer some advice: calling someone a moron, idiot, stupid -- anything negative regarding his or her mental abilities, is no way to win an argument. You could have left all that out and stuck with the facts, things you actually knew to be true. Lance Bass is currently going by "James Lance Bass." That is what AccidentalGenius was referring to in his post. You, in your post, were clearly unaware of that because the fact that he does go by his entire name now pretty much negates all of your arguments. So, ease up on the genius, please. He might actually be pretty sharp.

I doubt that the person who originally posted this was kidding. I posted this a while ago and I don't remember his original post or mine but I just didn't like how they said something like "good thing we didn't let a liar like him in space" just because Lance went by his middle name instead of his first name. I wasn't trying to say (even though I probably did) he/she themself was an idiot, I just think that was a stupid messed up thing to say. I wasn't trying to "win" the arguement either, I was stating my opinion and my opinion was that was stupid. Also, just because I call someone an idiot doesn't make me an idiot. You basically called me an idiot just in a more soft-spoken way does that make you an idiot? You could have proved your point that he goes by James now without saying you "question my I.Q" it sounds hypocritical to me.

Like I said I posted this a while ago and I really don't care anymore, but the original person didn't say anything about they were kidding or he goes by james now they said "yep his name isn't lance his name is James he lied to all of us! Good thing we didn't let a liar like that in space" or something like that. I just thought it was stupid, weather he/she was kidding or not. But again, thats just my opinion. Anyways, who cares anymore right?
