I'm not trying to offend your effort, but I doubt they're skeptical of fan support. They've said they've met, and know about many websites online, from the next generation of viewers. The adults that attended the live on tour shows almost never post online with fanboy or fangirl sites. Yet adult demographics buy and attend the shows. Maybe something was taken out of context in an interview? Their last tour in 2002, sold out everywhere they went. Maybe they're trying to secure a promotor? Clear Channel has been their tour promotor in the past. IIRC, there have been some changes to CC in the past year?
If they tour me and others I know would be the first in line here to buy tickets in cities closest to where we live. Long live the KITH tours because they make you laugh so hard at a live show. They're long overdue for a tour! My guess is there are legalities, contracts, lawyers, expenses and all the poo that goes on before any tour gets announced. I've heard online petitions are not effective. Hard copy mail being dumped on an office desk is something in someone's face that can't be deleted with a click of a button.

They had a scheduled show at the Red Robinson Theatre in Coquitlam, BC in May 2008. It was NOT cancelled, we were there to watch it. That was their only scheduled appearance in BC since 2002. In May 2002, they did two shows back to back at the QE Theatre in downtown Vancouver. The first night was sold out, the second was nearly sold out, and was taped for their live dvd.
