I guess I can understand why she's afraid to go into the unknown (fear), but why turn her lover in?
I think she did it, because she wanted to get rid of him.
She was unhappy with her life, but not that as f**k up as Holden was.
I think she decided to stay in her boring life trying to be normal instead of trying to have a fullfilled life by being crazy minded like Holden.
