First, I'd like to say I absolutely love the film Elling in every way. It's easily my favorite movie that I have so far seen (and I've seen most of the classics!)
anyways, I'm obsessed with the soundtrack, especially the song played at the very end of the movie during Elling's monologue. Does anyone have any idea what that song's called, who it's by, or anything? If anyone knows how to get the entire soundtrack, that would be most appreciated!

The song at the end is called "Se på meg" by (the?) deLillos (www.delillos.no)
Unfortunately I do not speak norwegian, so I don't know if there is a possibiliy to buy that song. I haven't found it in any online shop so far

But if they did, they'd probably make Boondock Saints.
The song "Se på meg" by de Lillos was only released as a CD single (wich also included a song called "Kjærlighet) only as a limited promotional offer in a norwegian music store chain called Platekompaniet (www.platekompaniet.no) when their CD called "Midt i begynnelsen" was released i 2002.
The CD single can now only be found second hand and are therefore hard to come by.
The song is on deLillos home page, though -- at least temporary, as it states that the songs are rotated once in a while. Choose "Lyd og video" and then "Se på meg"; it works perfectly, even though you need Quicktime. Unfortunately, I have no recollection of this song in Elling, and I've kinda misplaced my VHS of the movie, so I don't really know if it's the correct version or whatever.

On the other hand, I do remember that Elling featured some great instrumental music, and it would be nice to see an official soundtrack. Sadly, as others have stated, I don't really think it's plausible that it'll ever come out.
