I loved this movie. It was both funny and touching. The beginning scenes when they take Elling out of his home broke my heart. Good acting! Loved Kjell Byrne or whatever his name was.

I sympathized with Elling. I have panic attacks and know exactly how he felt about crossing the resturant being a challenge. Though Elling had enough reason to be afraid of everyday things, I'm not sure what my excuse is...LOL.

I also liked Frank, the social worker.

Great characters! Good writing! I wish they would dub it in English so my boyfriend would watch it...lol.

cool thanks!I love foreign films but sometimes have to wait to watch them because usually when I'm watching a movie I'm doing a hundred other things as well. My boyfriend says I don't watch movies as much as I listen to them. So I have to save my foreign films for when I have time to just sit watch, listen and read.
