Dude in Yellow Shirt? Who?

So when they're all sitting around on the bleachers (listening to the special ed rape), there's a guy in a yellow shirt, and black track pants with a yellow stripe down the side. Who is he? I've seen him in a bunch of movies, but I didn't catch his name in the movie, so I can't check here. Tried clicking a bunch of names, but couldn't find the right one. Anyone know who he is?

PS: He's the kid who hangs out the car and hits the newspaper boxes with a baseball bat...thanks in advance...
