I'd like to ask the OP: Do you speak Japanese? Do you know anything about the language and its writing system? Clearly not. If you did, you'd know that ALL of those are technically correct ways to romanize Verg's name. :)
And, actually, Kino is not her "last" name. It is her SURNAME or FAMILY name. You can't really call it a "last" name when it comes before your given name, can you?
