Why did Lisa want to be friends with Stevie and Carole even after they were mean to her?

no one liked her b/c she wasint a good rider...i've been riding my whole life.. i dont watch this show anymore im 17 lol but when it first came out i watch it...ive been riding for 14 years and she sucked

Because they turned around and started being nice to her after she told Carole about the prank Veronica was going to play on Stevie that would actually put her in danger. At least as far as the TV show goes. They were never mean to her in the books, they just started off on the wrong foot.
