I was very surprised that Stephen King wasn't interviewed.

(To those who don't know,Stephen King wrote the novel 'The Shining')

Anyone's knows the reason why?

Maybe beacuse of that Stephen King hate movie "The Shining" (1980)?

But he was Kubrick's friend and admired and respected him as an artist?
