what point in the movie is the sexy scene of Ashley Lyn Cafagna? She was hot on Saved By The Bell: The New Class.

(The girl has small breasts and even though the scene
isn't very long,it's longer than other brief nudity
scenes i've seen in previous movies)
I really have a hard time understanding why this would
get the movie an R rating.
Maybe the MPAA permits brief nudity on a PG 13 movie
only for 10 seconds and this in 12?
Perhaps other scenes were cut or the filmmakers really
wanted an R rating for this.
If you want an R on a PG 13 movie,will the MPAA give
it to you?
