I don't know how to report/attempt to change this.

I disagree with this. I just watched the scene and Cecily cut the cake, it was served to Gwen who immediately turned and accused Cecily of being deceitful. the cake was no longer in front of her.

This is NOT a "cut to the end of tea" scene. The cake is simply not there.

Later, when the two men were having tea, the cake could have been removed. But this does not excuse it to have been missing within seconds of it being place on the table in the first place.
