You may have to get a used copy from someone or get lucky in your local Chinatown. According to yesasia, the OST is no longer in print...

The soundtrack is according to YesAsia 2012 still out of print.

But at least one can hear the soundtrack at youtube:

Just received my DVD and saw the film for the first time. Impressive soundtrack! I especially like the progressive heavy metal during the fight scenes!

Personally I found the use of heavy metal in some fighting scenes disorienting and jarring, separating me from the time period; a poor decision by the director.

Also the dance scene's heavy use of synthesizer instead of traditional instruments made the scene laughable, though I suppose unnoticeable to an insensitive ear.

However, the main theme is decent, as are many in the wuxia genre.
