I thought bail bondsmen normally get 10% of the bail they lay out. But in the opening scenes, the bail bondsman is promising Bucum 10% to return the bail jumper. How is the bondsman making any money if he has to pay out his entire commission to get his money back?
share I thought the same thing. I came to the conclusion that: With Bucum he had to give the 10% on certain fugitives as they were a high risk and that with others he did not give the entire amount to Bucum.
I know how much money I will be getting in the near future and the people I owe money will be getting the amount I owe them.
