What didn't make sense to me is why Williamson killed his woman instead of using that same bullet on Ice Cube/Buccum. It seemed like he would've taken out Buccum first than someone who was supposed to be on his team.

Williamson clearly never gave a fuck about that woman. He was just using her like he used everyone else around him to get what he wanted. He would have turned on her any chance he got which he did.
Whatever it takes to get the diamonds so that he could get the cash and disappear. Plus I'm sure he probably suspected that something was going on with her and Julian so I'd bet he would have killed them both anyway at some point.
Because they want to show how eeeeeville he is. It's completely fucking stupid.
