Nowadays it seems like every show can be found on DVD and i'm wishing, and hoping, and praying that this show will someday be out too. I'd like to have in my collection all those extra episodes that were taped but never aired (DARN THAT ABC NETWORK!)

I didn't see much of the show but the episodes I did see were hilarious.
Do you remember the one (I hope I get the setting right..) Where she had cooked a dinner for her husband, lit a bunch of candles and had them all lined up on the counter and something happened where they weren't going to have the romantic dinner she had envisioned so she put out all the candles by whacking them with her wooden cooking spoon. *smack*smack*smack*smack* LMAO!!!

I would buy this series as well if it went to DVD. Joan is awesome and I wish she were in more things.

I was going through some boxes the other day and found the VHS I has used to tape "What About Joan?" I watched the tapes and laughed just as hard as the first time I had watched them. It is still great!!
