Not fond of new set-up.

I hate the fact that they're trying to introduce drama into the show. There's a lot of blah blah blah going on instead of something being done.

I thought the same thing!

Yeah, they need to leave the personal drama stuff out of the show and concentrate on the decorating.

TS was really past its prime a long time ago. But at least these new episodes are without the sleezy carpenters and no wardrobe malfunctions have occurred (at least not yet). The episodes that aired this past fall were horrendously awful.

didn't like the mother/daughter episode...too much "there's so much riding on this!" etc. My goodness, relax! It's just redecorating. Also, I hated Laurie's room--ugh, orange.

Compared to last season, where it was TOO generic, some emotional impact is fun to watch.

I was pretty afraid when I saw the drama element on commercials before the season aired. Unnecessary drama is the reason I HATE reality shows.

I get that they're probably for ways to bring audiences back, but especially for longtime fans, drama is most likely NOT the way I go. So far, it hasn't been TOO bad, but I'm not going to get my hopes up about it staying that way.

I was all excited when I heard that Paige was coming back-- it was pretty unbearable how they had it, without her, for a while. But because of the stupid drama, they took out the "two weeks later" thing, and some other strict design related elements that I liked.

I hope after this season, they figure out a direction to go and KEEP WITH IT. That way I can decide whether or not to give up, finally, or get the old show back.

I wondered what happened to the two weeks later! I would have loved to see on tonight's Boss and Assistant show what the Boss felt about Hilde's cardboard tubes...they really looked horrendous to me:)

They seem to be trying to ramp up the drama this season...all that editing to make the Boss look like she was in The Devil Wears Prada.

I preferred the drama that kind of evolved naturally in "Clean Sweep," where it just came up in the process...didn't seem as injected into the filming.
