what was the name of the master cylinders side kick?he looked like an octupus with a long hat & a star on the hat any 1 know what his name was?

I will guess it was General Krang. It's been a long time since I have seen an episode with the character and he was just in a few. His body also used to change -- sometimes he looked more like a human (no tentacles).

I'm quite sure his look was influenced by H.G. Wells' description of the Martians as in his "War of the Worlds".

Kraang feels interest by that which is the partner of that which is called the Master Cylinder using the name which is the name of Kraang.
