I haven´t seen that many episodes though but I saw one when they were in Vegas and had to eat living African Cave-dwelling spiders. That was real nasty.

Well I caught this a week ago, and my mother and I were Bugged out..
These guys have this stunt where they put their faces in a tank of Maggots
and carry the **Bling** things(in mouth of course), to a scale to weigh them.
Ewwwie GROSS, and Yuck!!!
When they put those little pins through their arm, that was sickening. I hate needles.

I saw one where they had to run through this cold mucky water and rip the meat off of decaying cows heads ( maggots and all ) and then put it through a meat grinder and then drink the contents. Half of them quit through it. That made me dry heeve.

I just saw the couples episodes (where Dean and Ashley win). They had to eat blended bullfrog and one of the eating stunts was to eat a huge plateful of basically everything that had ever appeared on fear factor. That was pretty gross.

I remember one where they ate maggot infested cheese or something and the man who was eating it kept throwing up, so he ate his sick because he wanted to win! Eurgh!

I was watching the twins episode with Matt and Nate from Madina Lake, and the cow stunt was super gross. Someone mentioned it before, when they were in a cattle trench filled with cow parts and they had to chew cow meat off of the jawbones, spit it into a grinder, grind it into a shake, and drink it. It was so disgusting, I can't believe two teams actually finished.

it was on the models one where they had to take slugs and other insects off ropes with their mouths and put them in a bowl. they had to do this repeatedly
