Topic... where can I dowload or buy it? I remember like 15 or 20 years ago, I saw it on my friends' PC... I'm a bit of nostalgic gamer and fighting games fans.

You can get this game for PS2 or XBOX as part of the Capcom Classics Collection Volume 2.
