We could really use a prequel in the Oni storyline.

The game would involve the Oni War. In Oni 1 we saw stories and pictures of past Oni warriors. It could also shed some light on the Oni, the Genma, and Marcellus’s character.

From Oni BW we know that Marcellus was involved in the Oni Wars. We would of course play him throughout the game. Now a bonus to the game, or maybe a second disk, would be beating the game like once or two times would be that we get play a younger Samanosuke before he became an Oni warrior. That story would be set where he and Kaede first met. I mean since Samanosuke is the main character of the Oni games we should know more about his past.

Hey if anyone is still alive with these games. I dont play many games but this is one of the 4 I play. My favorite. I've tried to hide my love for these games to be the cool kid but theres something that really pulls me in. So much so I won a contest on the net for this game. The characters have so much fan art potential.

Anyway, Im beginning a parody / side story of Onimusha. I might fit it in to the actual storyline and make it more serious as a prequel if it starts to come out nice. Thing is, motivation. Not too many people play the game and theres not one real fan site dedicated to just Onimusha.

That also gives me an advantage, bc theres not much competition.

Oni 1 is one of my favorite games so I would be interested in something like this.

Like I said about Oni 1 and Blade Warriors we found out that there's more history to the Oni and Genma and that Marcellus was an Oni warrior in the Oni War. That before Samanosuke's time past Oni warriors have fought the Genma. I would like to see how it all got started. I wounder how far back it would go into Japan's history?

ONi 4 DoD kinna ruined it. they explain everything tooo much and dont give much room for imagination
