shareYeah, reading the synopsis of the film, the "Little Unit" is the first thing to come to mind . . . however mfjuran I guess it's just a coincidence that Almonte's story was pretty similar to this film's, which I haven't seen.
If a machine, a Terminator can learn the value of a life, maybe we can too . . .
One of the reasons that Mickey was not widely released is the Almonte story. The producers thought that if the movie was released it would be treated as a true story and would create problems. The main reason that it was not released is that the studio thought that it would not appeal to a wide enough demographic.
