Agent in the helicopter

Does anyone know a way to kill the agent in the helicopter? Cause I keep dying.

i thought the more powerful gun i used the quicker i'd take him down. the only problem is that the strong guns also tend to be the ones that fire slowly. i never could beat him with a rifle. i used the m16 or whichever machine gun you happen to have handy. whittles away at him pretty quick. also, you may have notice that the agent always appears on the different sides in the same order. if you stay facing the way you were when the level starts between attacks you can predict his appearance and get the jump on him. Use the sniper rifle. If you're on easy mode, you will notice the arrow points to one corner of the level. Stay behind the pillar that it points out. When the agent appears for the third time (he only appears at three different locations) VERY carefully lean out JUST enough that you can see the tail of the helicopter. He won't be able to hit you and you can take him down very quickly.
