Can't Pull Off A Move As Niobe
When you pull a gun in close combat your character is supposed to do a special move- it works with Ghost but not Niobe. . . Any ideas?

Ghost is the expert with the weapons. Niobe is the martial artist. Maybe they're are some things one can do that the other one can't.
