A mixed sort of feature. The good guys are way weaker then in the two previous stories of this set of films made in South Africa. But the bad guys are way better, at the level that one hopes for in a feature that is not low budget.

The weakest parts are mostly in the first half of the story, the good parts are in the second half of the story. My latest viewing, I could like everything but the South African accents.
