No, it shouldn't.

The acting, while not terrible, isn't the best acting. The photography (cinematography) is TV quality, not feature film quality. The screenplay isn't bad but isn't great. The special effects is low grade. It's average, or on a technical basis: below average. The ztory itself is cliché: child loses horse, magic happens, gets a Unicorn, some bad people want it for themselves, children win in the end. I've seen this film a lot. Before it was made and after.
