Anyone know what particular movie resembles GTA: VCS closely or similarly?

Cuz so far... I got comparisons between the games and the movies...

GTA 3--Payback (1998)
GTA: VC--Scarface (1983)
GTA: SA--Menace II Society (1993)
GTA: LCS--Goodfellas (1991)
GTA: VCS--???

VCS is based on Miami Vice ( 1984-1989 )

I'd say bad boys 1 and 2
