AWESOME movie, surprised at such a low IMDB rating.

This was one of my favorite movies by Leary, he's attempting to make an epic stand against the herd that seeks to destroy him to save their own skin. What a very tragic ending, but it was realistic in that it WOULD happen, in all reality though, he'd probably be facing a much quicker end than what he faced
in the movie.

I gave it a 9/10, my only gripe was that he didn't get a chance to meet Ann's sister before she died.

But I agree with you. I also rated it 9/10.

What strikes me is that the script must have seemed skeletal to the actors who tried for it. "You tell me." "No, YOU tell ME." But wow, they knew the power of the lines and they delivered.

I always love Leary, and he had me crying throughout a lot of this movie. What a performance.

I was actually thinking that there would be no one out there who would like it, but I did....and glad to see some others do. I thought it was very good and a deep character study that doesn't happen often in film.
