I want all 120 Episodes on DVD! Please!

They say they made 120 episodes of this charming series, but all you can find is the 24 episodes they put out on video back in the 80s (now old and worn out and priced super high due to being out of print). "Welcome to Pooh Corner" is the very best children's show ever and I've been waiting soooo long to have it out on DVD. I want all 120 episodes and am very willing to pay big bucks for good quality DVDs. I want to show it to my grandchildren, as well as watch this fabulous show myself. Sure, you can buy bootleg DVD copies of the 24 episodes, but it would be so much better to have an official, well-done release of all 120 episodes!

I'm with you sallysunrise - I grew up on Welcome to Pooh Corner (and Dumbo's Circus) like the reviewer and I really miss it. I've been able to get 23 of those 24 VHS episodes, but I think it's high time Disney started catering to the portion of it's clientèle that can afford to buy it's media (you know, working adults, over 25) and started releasing DVDs of all these shows - classic 80s Disney Channel!

You know, it's possible that with the release of the new Winnie the Pooh movie this summer, Disney might pony up at least a couple of DVD boxsets of the show. It's a long shot at best, but still a shot.

Well, with the new Disney Junior channel coming and getting bigger, it might be on there.

There is the website address of my petition that is for convincing the CEO of Disney to put Welcome to Pooh Corner on DVD. I have worded in the statements of my petition and the letter that is going to be aimed at the CEO of Disney that not everyone in America can afford Cable TV or Satellite TV providers prices these days and that it would be better to put such a classic show onto DVDs so that people would be able to buy them and have the young ones watch a good show. You will also notice on my petition's page I have a video clip that shows the opening of the classic show. Myself when I was little and this was first aired I could not get enough of Eeyore saying "Thanks for Noticing Me."
