He was simply happy to be a part of this movie, so if shoving that banana up there is what the script demanded, then he wasn’t going to be shy about it. XD He isn’t one of these insecure bro neckbeard types, after all.

He’s come a long, long way since this movie (and making fascists mad in true Cap fashion), but this remains one of his best roles ever.

This is so stupid. That's like asking, do actors really get stabbed in movies? The banana isn't real or full sized. It stops right at the whip cream, which is a prop. Holy shit.
