I have recently thought about this alot. I don't like the new sonic, his arms and legs are too long, and his quills are ridiculously long, not to mention he looks anorexic

what really happenned is sonic did lots of drugs and lost the weight then let his hair grow out, fame got to be too much for him and now he has to take steroids to run at the insane speeds he does for the new games

No you are all wrong what really happend was one day in between sonic adventure 2 and sonic heroes he was abducted by rabid rabbits who did studies on him and took away all of his power. Now it is just a stunt double you see when he runs really fast.

And Eggman? EGGMAN? As an old computer game magazine of mine once said... "As Dr. Robotnik, Sonic’s rotund nemesis has a name eminently suitable for a psychotic scientist with designs on world domination. But he’s also known as Eggman, which sounds like the kind of name his old college drinking buddies gave him after a particularly embarrassing night on the tiles.". Now I know Eggman was his original name in Japan and all, but still.
