...a line in Apocalypse Now. Cpt Willard: "Never get outta the boat. Absolutely goddamn right. Unless you're willing to go all the way."

Exactly. I got an advance copy with no cover art, and didn't know what it was about ... but judging by the title, I assumed it was either another Apocalypse Now documentary, or else it was a John Kerry Swift Boat type documentary....

Hmmmmmmmmmm. . . first thing I thought about the title after reading the back was a game we use to play in rehab (alumni of at least 13 different ones) where we had to try to convince everyone else on "the boat" why we deserve to stay if there wasn't room for everyone. Interesting study to see who has any self esteem left at all.
