DVD Release Date June 23rd '09 ?!!!

Wow! My Netflix queue says the DVD releases June 23rd.
Finally, I saw this at Seattle International Film Festival in 2003 and have been hoping it will get past the legalities and Finally get the distribution it deserves. I really enjoyed this fun & historic story.
