sharePeople rarely speak up when it comes to other people’s parenting. Particularly when the parent is handicapped mentally because no one wants to be to person to say that someone is intellectually damaged. My mother is mentally handicapped and my whole life people wouldn’t ever acknowledge it because it’s just too awkward for people. They will avoid saying anything about it at all costs.
