The scene that MOST bothered me.

Why the hell was he ARRESTED just for TALKING to a prostitute? SOLICITING a prostitute is illegal yes but ALL that was happening technically was her helping him solve a crossword puzzle.

Even if it was obvious from his mannerisms and body language that he was getting turned on by her technically ALL he was doing was talking to her and there is no law against TALKING to a person who happens to be a prostitute. If the cop arrested him because he suspected that the guy was getting aroused or turned on or CONSIDERING hiring her then its a THOUGHT crime. What goes on in your own head is NEVER a crime. I could CONSIDER raping and killing a child and if that is as far as it goes I have broken no law.

That cop had no right to arrest him and those other people in the police department like that social worker lady that was shocked that he did not even know she was a hooker, so what, even IF he knew and even IF he was flirting with her that is NOT illegal.

And to boot the law ITSELF is Bull$hit, there is no reason as long as everyone involved is over 18 that prostitution should be illegal. It is literally a victimless crime.

That cop should be fired and Sean Pen's character should be apologized and compensated in some way.
