I don't know, but I have watched this film more than I have most films. It's a great feel good story that I can put on and not have to think about and I can fall asleep to it. It's great background noise. Also, the jokes never get old. "His mum seems to be wearing some yeti costume" XD

When I see About a Boy in the guide I have to make a note to see it. When I am channel surfing and find it, I stay there. Excellent film but I don't label it a romantic comedy. I don't like romantic comedies.

Not top 5 but definitely in my top 10 desert island picks. I watch it along with one of my other top 10 picks, Love Actually, every year around Christmas time

I find it hard to believe that 2 of my top 10 have Hugh Grant in them but it is what it is 2 great movies
