probably early on in the game where you are walking down a hallway, and there is a huge mirror, the first time you look at it you don't see anything but if you look again there is aaron floating behind you!
Cheap scare but it frightened the heck out of me!
Some other creepy moments were just the constant whispering and when you are exploring the children's bedrooms.
hmm i can't really choose.. but it would have to be either the scene at the begining when aaron floats near you clothed then it jumps to the fleshy-chain version and he lunges at you.... or the scene after you kill aaron and he gets up to scare you one more time(patrick actually faints there).. so yeah aaron gave me the best scares (oh and in the catacombs when you get near lizbeth's lair and her mother starts singing that whole part is unnerving.. hearing that song)

oh yeah, that part was incredibly creepy
