Maxwell was wrong about the Phalloplasty

Maxwell said that they don't do good Phalloplasty because they won't make men from second class citizens and they don't want to make them complete and do this all on purpose. Whereas man made vaginas for men look real.

Whoooaaa hold on a second. That makes no sense. Of course you can see if a penis is man made. A vagina is an INTERNAL organ with just a slit for an opening. Pretty simple. It's tucked inside the body. A penis is a EXTERNAL organ that has many parts to it, has to get erect and ejaculates! Big difference. Doctors are not "screwing" anyone over. Just way harder to make a penis.

I know it was back then but still no matter what a phalloplasty will be down the road, it will be difficult to do. It's an external organ that gets erect, ejaculates, has testicles, and has a very distinct look. Male to females have it easier because a vagina is basically internal. A phalloplasty will never be perfect.
